Q: Do I need to be a member to visit Harlow Leisurezone?
A: As a guest you can use the swimming pool, fitness classes, health spa,
Urban Limitz, VertiGo and Kidzz Kingdom. The fitness centre can only be
used with the purchase of a guest pass which gives access to a combination
of two activities (restrictions may apply and pre-booking may be necessary).
Q: Do you hire towels or sell shampoo and shower gel?
A: We do not hire towels or sell shampoo or shower gel. However these
items can be purchased from reception.
Bookings
Q: Can I book activities online?
A: Yes, as a member you can book fitness classes and sports activities
online.
Q: How do I get my Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
A: Please contact Customer Services on 01279 621500
Q: Why can't I cancel a class through the mobile app?
A: Normally this is because you are giving less than 12 hours' notice.
If it is less than 12 hours before your session, please call Customer Services
on 01279 621500
Parking
Q: Do I have to pay for parking?
A: Parking is free if you pay for an activity, just take your car park
token to reception who will validate this for you. If you lose your token
as lost fee will be payable.
If you are a member, please use your membership card to swipe into the
car park as you are using it to pay for an activity. Please refer to the
car park signage for more information.
Parking is on a first come, first served basis.
Swimming Pools
Q: What are the depths, temperatures and length of the swimming pools?
A: The main pool temperature is ordinarily between 29-30 degrees centigrade.
The depth of the main pool is 1.2 metres progressing to 1.5 metres in the
central section, the deep end is 2 metres The depth of the main pool can
be adjusted for special events and timetabled classes and lessons.
The length of the main pool is 25 metres
The learner pool temperature is ordinarily between 30-32 degrees centigrade.
The depth of the learner pool is between 0.5 metres and 0.9 metres.
The length of the learner pool is 8.8 metres.
Q: Do you have disabled access to the pool and the changing rooms?
A: Our changing rooms are fully accessible and we have a hoist that can
be used to gain access to the pool. If you are unsure please speak to a
member of our team who will be happy to assist.
Q: Do I have to pay for a locker?
A: Lockers are free for Silver and Gold members in the Premier Changing
Rooms. Lockers cost 20p in all other areas..
