just a few tips before we set off...
So you've seen how exciting and interactive our new Urban Limitz Adventure Trampoline Park is, so let’s get you booked in! Just a few things to cover to make sure you have the best experience possible, before, during and after check in:
Booking in advance
Pre-booking your session in advance makes it more likely you will be able to book a slot at the time you wish to visit. During busy periods (weekends and school holidays) we can quickly sell out, meaning you won't be able to jump until the next available session.
You can book by calling 01279 621500 (add options 2 then 1).
Don't forget to bring your Urban Limitz non-slip socks with you, you'll need these to jump. Socks can be purchased on the day when you arrive.
Before You Arrive
You must complete and sign a waiver prior to your session. Once a waiver has been signed it lasts for 12 months, so you'll only need to fill this in once a year.
If a child attending is under the age of 16, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for them.
Please complete and sign waivers online before you arrive to save time at Reception.
Please arrive up to 30 minutes before your session to allow time to check in. During busy periods, such as weekends, school holidays and periods of bad weather we recommend arriving slightly earlier.
Please be aware that children cannot be left unattended in the building if under the age of 12. Children aged between 6 and 7 must be supervised by a paying adult. Due to the nature of the activity Children aged under 6 are not permitted in the area.
When you arrive
If you've already pre-booked your session and signed a waiver, head straight to our Reception desk to check in.
Waiver
If you need to purchase Urban Limitz non-slip socks (these are compulsory) you can do so at Reception for £2 per pair. Once purchased these are yours to keep. Please be aware we do not accept socks from other trampoline parks.
Once everyone has checked in, you'll be directed to our Safety Briefing Space to watch our short briefing film before your activity. Please ensure you give this your full attention to enable you to use the area safely. Free lockers are provided to store all personal belongings as these cannot be taken into the trampoline adventure park area.
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time for their booking. If you are late you will only be able to join what remains of your allocated time. Very late arrivals will not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or exchanges will be offered in such circumstances.
